COVID-19

Please refer to this section for any updates, and information about how we are complying with any government guidance and/or restrictions.

There are currently no restrictions in respect of COVID-19.

When purchasing tickets, I understand that there could be COVID-19 restrictions in place that prevent the event taking place.  Should this be the case I understand that refunds will not be possible but that my ticket(s) will be valid for any rescheduled date.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Shutdown events are solely for those aged 14 – 17 years and all attendees will be asked for proof of age, regardless of how young or old they look, so you MUST bring a valid form of PHOTO ID with you.

Have a passport or CitizenCard that’s in date?  Add it to the Yoti app so that you don’t lose it on the night.

Struggling for Photo ID?

We can now accept a completed Age Confirmation form signed by your parent or guardian in advance of the event.

Simply ask your parent or guardian to message us at info@shutdownevents.com and we will send them the form.

ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

We have the right to turn you away if we believe you are under the influence of, or in possession of, alcohol and/or illegal substances.  No refunds will be given under such circumstances.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given if you are refused entry to an event or can no longer attend the event.

If an act cancels or can no longer perform at the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund as you are purchasing a ticket to a Shutdown event and not an arena artist specific show.

If the venue or the event date has to change for reasons beyond our control, you will not be entitled to a refund but your ticket(s) will be valid for any rescheduled date or venue.
